• Co-ordination With Paint Supplier (Improvements & Quality Issues)

• Co-ordination With Production Planning.

• Responsible for New Colour & Product Development

Responsible of Paint Appearance & Quality Improvement

Responsible for Monthly Sub Material Purchase Planning & Consumption Control

Responsible for Consumables / Material Handling

• ISO 9001 2008 & ISO14001 2004 – Paint Shop Incharge.

• IQS Problems Study & Countermeasure Implementation

• Responsible for managing Painting Robot Parameters..

Budget Planning (Revenue & Supplementary)

Paint Stock Management & Mixroom Audit/ System Assurance
